Reporting Issues

RedVector reports course completions into the Florida DBPR System using approval numbers give to us by the state.

There is an electronic and manual aspect to the RedVector reporting process as well as the posting of courses on the state boards side which opens the door for the rare but occasional error in courses properly posting.

Once a course is posted as a certain category, re-reporting that course will not change this as the DBPR system will recognize it as already reported and discard it.

In order to correct the error RedVector will need to know which course is not showing up, or is posting as the wrong CEU type.

  • Please send us a screen shot of the CEU Transcripts Page from your personal DBPR account. This information is required for us to investigate and/or correct any errors with he state board.
