Why This Course Was Created
Although managers and supervisors could take RV-11416 and still be compliant, we understand the importance of offering training that is specific to managers as their experiences with these topics will be unique in comparison to staff in non-management positions. This version does offer additional management specific training that RV-11416 does not offer such as tips on what managers can do to prevent harassment, managers' responsibilities, and specific scenarios that managers may be faced with.
Audience: Specifically for Managers and Supervisors in any state EXCEPT for CA, NY, and CT.
