Texas Electrician
Reminder: 4 Continuing Education Hours (CEH) are due annually based on date of license issuance
Licenses:
- Journeyman Electrician
- Master Electrician
- Journeyman Sign Electrician
- Master Sign Electrician
- Residential Wireman
- Journeyman Industrial Electrician
- Journeyman Lineman
- Maintenance Electrician
Of the 4 hours required, all may be taken online:
- 2 hours must be related to National Electric Code (NEC)
- 1 hour must be related to Texas Laws and Rules
- 1 hour must be related to safety (the NFPA 70E)
The following 4-hours course has been approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR):

The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requires all courses must be pre-approved and requires that they are submitted in 4-hour blocks. The program offered by RedVector has been reviewed and approved by the TDLR to meet their requirements for an Electrician.
