8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher (No Card)

HAZWOPER stands for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response. Every year after the initial training requirement has been met (either HAZWOPER 40 or HAZWOPER 24), workers are required to take an 8-hour HAZWOPER refresher course. This requirement can encompass any number of courses on any number of topics as long as a) the total length is 8 hours and b) the topics covered are applicable to hazardous waste and the clean-up, treatment, storage, and disposal of it. Our 18 3-D animated course series is designed to meet the core training requirement with the following topics:

Intended Audience:
According to OSHA, the HAZWOPER standard applies to any employees who are exposed to hazardous substances and who are engaged in several operations including clean-up, treatment, storage and disposal of hazardous waste.
Good to Know:
Upon successful completion of each course within this series, the user will be provided a certificate of completion. This certificate is NOT designed in compliance with OSHA's HAZWOPER documentation requirements. Instead, the individual or their employer can use the completion certificate to complete the required written documentation that displays information in compliance with OSHA requirements. Records must be maintained for a minimum of 5 years after the date the employee participated in the training.
