16 hours are due triennially on December 31st based on certification year.
The first 3-year cycle begins January 1, 2016 and ends December 31, 2018 for those who are members as of December 31, 2015. For members who join after January 1, 2016, their individual 3-year cycle will be assigned once certified.

The Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) does not pre-approve courses. The courses for this profession offered by RedVector have been reviewed to meet the requirements of OACETT. It is the licensee’s responsibility to verify that the course material meets their specific scope of practice required by the Board.
