Manage Users - Add User

 

 

Add User tab

  1. To add a new user click on the Add User tab under Manage Users
  2. Complete all of the fields marked with an asterisk (*)
    • Select the appropriate Account/Facility from the drop down list
    • Select if the user is Licensed or Not

    • Assign course libraries and click on the save button at the bottom of the page (All users must have at least one library assigned to them in order to access courses)

  • A Login ID/Username can contain letters, numbers and the special characters ! @ #  $% & _ . - . It must be a minimum of 5 characters; a maximum of 50 characters and cannot contain any spaces.
  • A Password can contain letters, numbers and the special characters ! @ #  $% & _ . - . It must be a minimum of 5 characters; a maximum of 50 characters and cannot contain any spaces.
